Duplicate views,
Use Room to label interior spaces.
Annotate Annotate Annotate> Colour Fill
Generate room legend.
Use Edit Schemeto modify legend
Adjust Visual Style and Detail Level to Medium
From the VG list, uncheck ‘Furniture’
under Visibility column. All furniture components will not be visible under
this setting.
Override the Lines colour by changing
to red.
All furniture components will be
displayed in red.
To highlight furniture components in
colour, create a Filter (View > Filters ).
Click ‘New’ and name it as ‘Furniture
Layout’. Select only ‘Furniture’ so that
all furniture components will be
included in this Filter.
Modify Type Properties>Structure >Material >Define Surface Pattern
Use Region> Masking Region to sketch
roof pitch arrow.
Annotate > Tag by Category
Click on each component to tag.
For each section views, modify the view using View>Cut Profile Cut on components such as floor and wall.
To create hidden pad-footing, use
Annotate >Masking Region to sketch.
Use Tag Room to label interior spaces.
View> Call out and select the region to
show bigger detail

Create a new Furniture Schedule: View > Schedule
Select ‘Furniture’.
For the Schedule Properties, add Type, Level and Count fields.
Create a new Legend: View > Legend.
Name it ‘Door & Windows Legend’.
On the View menu, click View Properties.
In the View Properties dialog box,
select the Section Box check box.
Select the section box and use the control grips to drag the sides of the box inside
the model to generate the cut view.
Use VG to hide the Section Section Section Box.
